DAA Flex Holster Insert Block

Description

At the core of the DAA Flex Holster is the innovative, patent-pending Flex Insert Block. This advanced design allows users to fine-tune their holster for a perfect fit with their specific pistol.

With two models (Type-A and Type-B), the Flex insert supports almost all gun types, solving a long-standing issue of variances in trigger guard dimensions that manufacturers often overlook.

With adjustable slide-lock teeth, side spacers, shims, and a front spacer, each shooter can now customize the insert block to achieve the ideal fit for their pistol.

The insert features an aluminum slide-lock with user-adjustable teeth and magnetic engagement for stability, similar to the Alpha-X series but with significant improvements. The wider, flatter stainless steel safety lever is positioned on the right side of the block, making it more accessible for right-handed shooters.

The Flex Insert Block Assembly also includes a rail-mounted magnetic support wedge and uses an advanced injection molding process to ensure smooth, consistent slide lock movement.

Choosing the Right Insert:

Refer to the pistol compatibility list to determine whether you need a Type-A or Type-B insert. If your pistol isn’t listed, you can download the gun fitment sketch and follow the instructions in the setup video to find the right fit.

Note:

Pistols with trigger guards that widen from front to back, such as the HK USP, CZ P10, or VP9, are not compatible with the Flex holster. These models require Alpha-X insert blocks instead.

Package Includes:

• Fully assembled insert block with aluminum slide lock and stainless steel safety lever
• 7 side spacers (1.25mm increments)
• 12 side shims (approx. 0.12mm thickness)
• 2mm front spacer (for select gun models)
• Two M4x8 screws for securing the insert to the holster
• Two 2mmx6 self-tapping screws for mounting the front spacer
• Two 4mmx5 and 4mmx8 self-tapping screws for mounting side spacers
