DCC Monoblock 1.5 with Hardware Kit

The Discreet Carry Concepts (DCC) Monoblock is a unique metal clip engineered to be mounted directly to the holster body or other solid surface. Ideal for Appendix Inside-the-waistband holsters with top mounting holes.

Specs:

• 69.4mm overall length
• Fits over belts up to 1.5″
• Two 5.6mm (H) x 7.6mm (W) horizontal slotted mounting holes will work with spacing that is 21.8mm – 29.2mm on centre
• Standard DMG/Cu finish: Colour – DCC dark matte grey. Non-reflective and corrosion-resistant
• Works with or without a belt
• Includes hardware

Package includes:

• 1 x DCC Monoblock
• 2 x Low profile 1/4” Chicago Screws brand combo screws with reusable thread patching (pre-applied threadlocker)
• 2 x steel washers
• 2 x steel square nuts (makes it easy to counter hold with a wrench or your fingers in tight areas)

Note:

Once assembled, always double check clearances to ensure the nuts or screws will not contact your equipment before use.

The Monoblock is engineered to be mounted directly to the holster body or other solid surface. Recommended hardware configuration from top to bottom: Screw, steel washer, Monoblock clip, body of the holster.

The nut is placed on the inside. For some applications, the metal washer can be placed behind the clip or may not be used at all. Please verify clearances to ensure the square nut is compatible with your specific holster brand and it is recessed far enough to that it does not protrude inside the holster body.

The Monoblock will not work on holsters with bottom mounting screw holes.

Care and maintenance:

The surface finish of DCC clips does not need much attention. If any light scratches or wear marks develop, we recommend a quick yet firm buff with WD40, but anything from vegetable oil to mineral oil to CLP to motor oil will work well. Simply put a couple drops on your clip and rub it in vigorously using firm pressure with a lint free cloth.
