Very pleased.
In short, I can highly recommend the Insta360 Go 3 for anybody who wants to capture video of their action on the range or at home alike.
I bought the Go 3 from Belva and, as always, received the best possible customer service and quick delivery. Note that this is not the Go3 “S” version, which is 4K and not yet available in South Africa; however, the Go 3 works really well, and I love it.
I wore them during an IPSC match, and it is small and light enough for me to forget about them. So much so that I forgot to switch it on during one of my stages. It is also small enough to wear underneath your cap for a close-as-possible First Person View when shooting. I also like the fact that it does not scream “camera” for those of us who are still a little shy of using cameras to record our action. I also used this outside of shooting, recording video of other sports and my children, and basically everything that you want to record. It is also easy to switch on by just pressing the button, and it goes. It has many features and modes, which makes recording such a pleasure, and editing afterwards so powerful. Stabilization is excellent with these. Sound quality and sensitivity are as if it was made for the shooting sports. Gunshots are a little muted, while voice is picked up easily. Sound quality is really great, considering the size. I would recommend watching a few YouTube videos to learn to use these awesome action cameras’ full potential.
