The Enigma Open Source (OS) is a barebone kit and does NOT include a holster shell. A custom-made Kydex Shell designed to work with the Enigma OS will be required for it to function.
Two versions are available: Enigma OS Standard (for firearms WITHOUT a light or laser attached) and Enigma OS Light Bearing (for firearms with a weapon-mounted light/ laser attached). Please select the correct version for your setup.

Description
The PHLster Enigma is a high performance concealment system that doesn’t require a belt on your pants. The Enigma features a Tegris (100% Polypropylene composite material) faceplate that serves as a base to mount a Kydex holster shell, a nylon belt that wraps around your waist, a magnetic buckle as well as a leg leash.
The Enigma system can be worn with or without a belt (or pants!). It is ideal for those who do not want to be limited by a conventional IWB carry system that requires you to have a rigid gun belt. Once the PHLster Enigma is set up, you can conceal comfortably while wearing your favourite beach shorts, track suit pants, robes, leggings or dresses.

Even the best gun belts are still designed around your pants, not around your body. The Enigma provides all the stability and security previously exclusive to a stiff gun belt, while also being designed specifically for guns and bodies, instead of pants. Adjust it higher or lower than your belt line, depending on your needs. Wear it with literally any clothing you want. And unlike a belt, the Enigma is only stiff where it needs to be to support the gun and generate concealment.

About PHLster:
PHLster started in 2010 by sharing how to make DIY Kydex holsters on YouTube, back when that information wasn’t widely available. Not everyone wanted to make their own holsters, of course, so it wasn’t long before they had a backlog of custom holster commissions. From there, they began standardising their selection of unique holster designs.
As PHLster grew, their designs evolved rapidly. Nothing remained static as they looked for better ways to conceal and comfortably carry a pistol, and gained a deeper understanding of the Concealment Mechanics required to do so across a variety of body types and clothing styles. Trying bold new things on a continual basis turned PHLster from a normal holster company into a concealment technology company.

Very happy! Exactly what I wanted. Price is high compared to a holster manufactured in SA but well worth the cost in terms of concealability. Works well if you have a job where you have to face a lot of people and clients while looking good but still want to carry for safety.
