We want you to be happy with your purchase and satisfied with our service. If for whatever reason the product that you’ve purchased has failed to meet your expectation, exchanges and returns for refund/ store credit may be arranged provided that the following conditions are met.
Prior to returning faulty product(s), you agree to contact us first to allow us to provide the details to effect the return. The manufacturer or its official distributor/ agent will at their sole discretion determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty.
If a product is found to be faulty within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, we will cover the cost for both the collection and return of the product. This is subject to the manufacturer or its official distributor/ agent determining that the product can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. Should the fault experienced fall outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty, costs for the collection and return of the product will be for your account.
If a product is found to be faulty or become faulty after 7 days from the date of receiving your order, where the product still falls within the warranty period, the cost of returning the faulty product will be for your account and Belva will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item back to you. This is subject to the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determining that the product can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. Should the fault experienced fall outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty, costs for the collection and return of the product will be for your account.
Unwanted goods may only be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. All unwanted goods are subject to a 20% handling fee. Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be for your account.
