Shipping & Delivery

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide FREE delivery to major cities and suburbs (i.e. The Courier Guy Major Centres) within South Africa for orders of R2000 or more.

Terms and Conditions for shipping:
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes
  • A standard door-to-door courier fee of R120 for Major Centres and R200 for Regional Areas will apply to orders of less than R2000
  • Free delivery does not apply to areas outside of the main centres, including small coastal towns and rural areas (i.e. The Courier Guy Regional Areas)
  • Our parcels are handled by Bob Go, The Courier Guy and PUDO
  • If delivery to a PUDO locker is preferred, kindly contact us to make arrangements prior to placing the order. We reserve to rights to decline such requests if the product is not suitable to be deposited in an electronic locker due to size limitations or safety concerns
Personal Collections:

This is not a public shopfront. Personal collection from the showroom can be made by appointment only. Please make an appointment at least one business day in advance should you prefer to collect your order. Regrettably, no collections by the customer’s own courier will be permitted as we do not have the facilities to accommodate for that.

International Shipping:

While we do ship some items internationally, we understand that regulations aren’t the same in all countries. None of the products we sell are regulated goods according to the laws of South Africa, but the customs of some countries may interpret things differently. This is why the website only caters for residents of South Africa.

Should you wish to enquire about international shipping, please reach out to our team and we can quote you separately. We accept most international credit cards and have contracts with FedEx, UPS and DHL.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

For in stock items, all orders placed will be processed and shipped within two working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent by our payment gateway partner once payment is received.

If your order contains items that are on backorder, or produced on order (for example: custom holsters), the lead time may be longer than usual. Please ensure that you read the product description prior to confirming your order.

Once the order has been dispatched, another email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number and link. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partner using this unique tracking number.

There may be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Automated Shipping Processes:

Our delivery systems are automated and works 99.9% of the time. If you do not provide the right information at the checkout page, however, it may cause system errors.

  • Kindly ensure that your address, postal code and contact details are entered correctly when placing an order. Should your email be entered incorrectly, you will not be able to receive tracking information
  • If you entered an invalid postal code, or if the province you selected at the checkout page does not match the rest of your address, the shipping option will be defaulted to “Collection”. Kindly double check the information you provided if you do not see a courier option
  • If any of the information you provided is incorrect, and the order is already placed, kindly contact us immediately to make changes manually
  • Belva (Pty) Ltd and its staff cannot be held liable if a parcel goes missing due to incorrect information being supplied by the customer
